The majority of the O2s are actually made by Standard auto parts. The problem with many other NON oem's is they are made to be able to be used in several applications and consequently operate outside the range of many vehicles. For example Bosch won't work in my 99 Z71 or my 94 Z. The GMs which are actually made by Standard work fine.

Thanks for the links, Injuneer. Those Delcos are hard to find, and I have read they are by far the best for our cars. I have heard nothing but problems with the Bosch, which is what most auto parts around here carry.
I have also read that cutting the wires is a bad thing because it changes the impedance of the wiring. Fleabay carries extenders for a decent price, I think I would rather go that route.

Well I think I found why the BLM's are lean on the right bank, there is an exhaust leak at the header flange for cylinders 4 and 6......Now I need a better gasket. They are the Mr. Gasket ultraseal's

Make sure the header flanges aren't warped. I've had the UltraSeal coppers for 10 years now with no problems.

Delphi or AC Delco. Same thing. Don't go bosch unless you change both sensors at the same time. Otherwise you'll get different readings due to the brand difference.
