Not your average Hypertech tuner question.

My computer has a custom tune on it. I have a Power Programmer Plus that came with the car when I bought it. If I had a reason to return the car back to stock computer programming, would I be able to do this with the Power Programmer? I know it has an option to return to factory programming. Would that erase the mail-order tune I had done?

Edit: I know I wouldn't be able to go back to the mail-order tune afterward.

That's all I needed to know. Now I just have to figure out if I want to do it or not. May or may not solve my problem.

Edit: For those of you wondering what problem I'm experiencing, it can be found in this thread.

If you want I have a spare PCM I could upload a stock .bin file to and let you barrow to see if it fixes your issue.

EDIT: Wait, this one is a OBDI PCM not sure if it'd work.
SUPER EDIT: Apperently it will work if you put a OBDI knock sensor in too, PM me if you want to give ti a try.
