I haven't ran the car for a week and have had the battery unpluged for a week. Start up the LT1 and the SES light is on. So after 10 seconds i shut off the car, get the laptop hooked up and see whats going on. Start up the car again, the map is at .9 for about 15-20 seconds and is slowly dropping then hits about .5 and the SES light shuts off. I started it up a few more times and no code was thrown again. Normal??

DTC 33 = Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor circuit (signal voltage high, low vacuum)

That code sets when the MAP pressure with closed throttle exceeds 64kPa for more than 5 seconds. I'm assuming you are quoting the MAP readings in "bar" (metric "atmosphere"), so if that's the case, .9 bar would equate to 90kPa, which is plenty to cause the code to set. Appears you have a stock cam, so it appears that your MAP is way too high on startup. There is nothing inherent to the PCM sitting for a week with no power that should cause that to happen.

yep, stock cam, pretty much stock engine. First time its done this ever.

Would the other problems help explain it:
1) 108 blms at cell 16 at idle, 108 blms at cell 18 while driving
2) max spark retard while stomping the throttle in open or closed loop and engine makes a rattle in the spray can sound
3) Car will idle when started with MAF unplugged but die if any throttle given

I swapped MAP sensors from a good running LT1. Made a world of a difference. Before on datamaster, the readings were hardly changing as RPM changed. It was like the MAP was acting really slow. It made the pinging/detonation go away too. Still running low blms on all cells especially cell 17 and still have knock retard.
