need help with problems

can anyone tell my what to do
ok I have 7 dct's I would like get them fixed but dont know what to do. They are as follow
16 optispark low pulse not found
18 injector circuits
29 air pump circut
36 opti spark high resolution single faulty
41 ignition control circut open
42 ignition control circut short or ground
51 EEPROM program error
and I have about 14 sometimes 15 degrees of knock when I am not at full throttle and when I am at full throttle it is at 9 degrees and yes I do have the LT4 km. This is all with a scanmaster.
The car is a 95 camaro Z28 m6 mods are
slp loudmouth
LT4 km
spec stage 4 clutck
moser 12 bolt
and 125hp nos nitrous kit
