Need Gen7 wiring help

I am trying to identify the black wire that comes out of the 8 pin ignition harness and is labeled as "G". It is has two female connectors and appears to go to nothing. The scematic in Calmap suggests that it is some kind of ground yet my application does not appear to use it. Any help with what I should or should not do with this wire would be appreciated. Thanks

Dave

Re: Need Gen7 wiring help

That wire is the shielding for your cam/crank position sensor inputs. Connect it to any chassis or frame ground point and you should be fine.
