MAF-translator be used to cure cam-surge?

well...can it?

i seem to have a reasonable amount. not to mention i think i can squeeze more out on the WOT end of things.

just wondering if adjusting the part throttle a/f would possibly cure cam surge.

thanks

It will not help in cam surge. A MAF translator will cause your car to run leaner (Only affected at WOT since the computer will compensate up to a certain degree to make your run 14.7:1 in part throttle driving). Things that will help surge is more timing added or running richer than 14.7 (which can be done by maxing out your BLM's).

Yup more timing and more fuel limit the STFT integrators to run richer where you like it, and disable rich codes in PCM works wonders.
