Yeah I would hope that I wouldn't run out of injector with only 370rwhp with 50# injectors.

Like I said I took off the inline ATI pump, I'm contenplaiting getting a RaceTronix twin intank Walbro pumps but I wouldn't think I would need that much just yet.

I need to do something with the vacuum system before it goes back on the dyno because it was pulling a lot of oil thru the pcv (or I think so) and she needs a vacuum pump on it of some sort to help with the low tension ring sealing problem.

Will you notice the injector times changing when the MAF maxes out? Or will they just come up on the logs as staing right where they were even though they are feeding the motor more fuel?

Also what about timing? I have a BTM set at 2.5 degrees/lb and a total timeing of 26 degrees. So if thats the case when it gets to 10# it doesn't really have any timing advance on it at all. What should the timing tables look like? I had it at 29 before and with the BTM at 1 it was showing almost 8 degrees knock retard. I guess this could have also been part of the fuel problem as well.

Serves me right for not reading all the posts! If the FP is dropping, obviously that needs to be fixed. Note that I DID say "larger injectors OR more FP". This gets discussed a lot, but FWIW I am supporting 733rwhp with a single Bosch 255lph intan and a "Boost-a-Pump".

The injector pulses will continue increase even after the MAF maxes out (based on rpm). But it looks like your are at 100% duty cycle. Injectors flow may decrease as the duty cycle approaches 100%. I am not sure why this occurs, but maybe it's overheating? I have seen it happen. That's where the 80% max duty cycle "rule of thumb" comes from. I have not seen problem unless closer to 90%, so I comfortable with 85% as a max. If you are at or near 100% duty cycle you need to both insure adequate FP and decrease the injector duty cycle to no more than ~85%.

maf table

Just wondering, I am having running issues at idle.. My maf is used in the intake side, I am showing 22-28 gps, at idle ShouldI cahnge my setup to a blow-through, rather than on the suction side?

I have seen this one before.

Make sure the bypass valve plumbing is hooked up correctly. If a hose comes loose the the idle flow reading goes way up.

Thumper: how DID this one work out?

You and I have the SAME set setup and I have had the EXACT same problems as you. I figured the Walbro 340M was not giving me enough fuel and Jack is currently building a dual intank as we speak.

I'm also going to a FAST computer out your problem was IDENTICAL to mine. I mean IDENTICAL.

I forget, was it you Thumper, that had his crank nose break off?
