LTFT questions
LTFT questions
My LTFT's are -10 to -16 on both sides everywhere but idle. At idle bank one goes -12 bank 2 goes -1. I think I can fix the idle thing with the throttle body from what I have read but how can I bring the rest of my trims down? I was thinking of raising the injector constant to trick the PCM into spraying less fuel at each injector pulse and leaning it out across the boards. My O2's fluctuate rapidly from about 25 to 890, is that right? They are new O's but they are spliced for the LT's. I have extensions sitting here and I am waiting on 2 new AC delco O2's hoping that will help. The ones I have now are Bosch sensors. As soon as I figure out how to pull the data off my Snap-on MT2500 scanner I will post up some actual drive cycles. Anyone have one of these things that might be able to tell me how? mine came without a manual. I also have Monodax scanning software for my laptop but I don't know if I trust it yet, it only seems to scan when the stars are aligned properly... Oh yeah, I was running an open loop only tune for a bit and it made a lot more power. My current tune is closed loop from madz28 and it makes good power until the PCM learns for a bit then power drops off and I get alot of popping in my exhaust when I am decellerating. Let me know if you need more info and I will try to get it. Thanks.

How can you pull the whole BLM table off the PCM at once so you can look at it and see what's going on? All I have been able to do is see what cell I am currently operating in and the STFT and LTFT's of that cell wit hmy snap-on MT2500 scanner. I have Monodax scanning software for my laptop too as well as JET DST. I would love to see the whole BLM table.

Datamaster has a histogram function that can show you graphically all of the BLMS at once. Not sure how that is any more useful than looking at them individually, though.
