I did a search on this, do you know how many replies there were yikes! where can I get info on this program and how it works do you have to be a expert to use or is it like Hypertech simple yes/no stuff never see LT1 edit.

www.carputing.com is the home for the LT1edit guys. It is not a simple yes or no plug it up and go program. It has many nooks and cranies that can do all sorts of things. The basics are staight forward enough like gears, but to use it correctly for performance you really need a dyno.
