LT1 and ProCharger P-1SC - DataMaster data

I logged some test data (DataMaster EE data) and wanted an opinion.

http://www.transam.fi/emc/Testi%203%202006-05-25.uni

Mods are:

- ProCharger P-1SC, 2 Core Intercooler (8 psi)
(including ProCharger inline fuel pump and FMU)
- Delteq LT1 Opti-Direct Ignition
- Arizona Speed and Marine headers
- Random Technology High-Flow Cat
- Magnaflown Cat-back

Is there something wrong or not?

I’m little bit worried about the fuel pressure. My Autometer Fuel Pressure Gauge 0-100 PSI 6163 shows only 55 psi fuel pressure at 8 psi of boost (AUTOMETER Boost Gauge 6160 Cobalt Series 30 psi). I know that fuel pressure should be like 80-90 psi at 8 psi of boost. If I understand my DataMaster log, motor is not running lean? Maybe that Fuel Pressure Gauge or electronic sender is broken?

Thanks for your opinion.

Your fuel pressure sounds right it will increase with a 1:1 ratio. Base fuel pressure. But if you run FMU it should be higher. What fuel pumps do you have?

I have stock intank pump and procharger inline pump.

I have already ordered Racetronix LT1 F-body fuel pump & harness kit. I like to get rid of that FMU using bigger injectors like Delphi / Lucas 42 lb / hr. '009' Disc Injectors or Siemens / Mototron Deka 4 Flow-Matched 60 lb / hr Injectors (both from Racetronix).

...and new Mail Order tune form MADZ28 or from PCM for Less.

Unless something's changed since I contacted MADZ28 about tuning for my Procharger, a blower-tune was too car-specific for mail order. He suggested specifically that I get a dyno tune.

If you plan on doing upgrades get the largest injectors you can. So you dont have to upgrade again.

Yeah, definitely get the mototron 60's. You'll need them
