Re: LT1 pcm & DFI Gen 7

What are you still using the stock PCM for? I use it for the fuel pump control, speedo and idle air control. I have at least 10 codes for the missing injectors, MAF, KS, AIR, EGR, ICM, EVAP, AC, auto tranny, etc. Codes don't hurt the things I'm trying to control, so I just snipped the wire for the SES light. I can't see any purpose in any additional programming on a PCM this isn't being used for much at all.

I did parallel sensors for the pure resistance loads to both the PCM and the ECU... e.g. IAT, CLT, etc.... so that I can monitor those on my ScanMaster.
