Autotap is a data logging package for OBD2 and if you have it, you should have the autotap cable and software that works with it. I don't know how you could have Tunercats coming in the mail. It is software only and is downloadable from their web site. When you pay for it with paypal, you will get an authorization code emailed to you. Tunercat software is only for editing OBD1 PCMs. You have to buy a OBD1 cable from someone else to use it. Tunercat does not sell cables and it will not work with a OBD2 Autotap cable, if that is what you are asking.

I bought the tunercats used and it included the CD and the cable. It is the older non JET OBDII version. I figure I have two cables so I wonder how different they are and If they would work with other programs for logging.

Mx Scan works with the tuner cat OBD2 box but it hasn't been updated in over a year and there is no word on the pro version
