I am new with the Gen 7, i had just bought it and installed it with my new motor. I am running a distributer on a fuel injected lt1 and my question is that i changed the 4 and 7 firing order on my cam. I am unsure after reading the instructions how to change the firing order. Do you just change the injector firing order on the drop down menu? or should i physically change the 4 and 7 injector plug-ins? I Started it up last night and it ran, but it ran really, really rough. it looked to be extremey rich and backfired above 3000 RPM or so. I know i have days of tuning ahead of me, but I just want to make sure that i have the injector firing order correct before i try to run it for a longer time and try to tune it better. Thanks

The wires in your harness should be tagged 1-8. Run each number to it's correspoinding (physical) cylinder, then program the firing order that you want. Press CTRL-F1 in your interface software, and look at the Cylinder Position Wire Listing page.
