Knock Sensor Question

Ok so wat happens if I just unplug the sensor? I'm getting some knock retard and can't get in to get it tuned(false knock) Wat will the computer do if I just unplug the sensor?

It will usually retard the spark a good bit to protect the engine, since the monitoring capability is not functioning.
