Just read the pcm off my ss, now im lost?

I read the pcm on my ss, saved the EE, and EEb. How do i know which one i should be using?
Also I am changing my fuel injectors from 72 to 36's, how would I let the computer know?

In the fuel section there is a field for the injector constant, thats where you would put the new value.
