Iac zero, block learns at 160 at idle.

I have block learns at 160 at idle and iac at zero. I have 30 pound svos and maft translator installed to correct for them. I have also been getting inconstistent readings with my scanmaster car seems to read low like .853 on one 1/4 mile run but then .875 the next and sometimes get knock and sometimes not. Sometimes get stupid o2 readings like .653 but no knock. Yet when you watch the scanmaster you dont' see any stupid low readings .
Sometimes get knock when part throttle and sometimes not. Usuing 91 octane fuel currently.

Also my block learns are 160 at idle .Should I move the maft richer or leaner on base. I so far have no check engine light showing. And my iac is showing zero at idle yet the car is idling good. The car previously was idling terribly erratic and showing counts of around 35. But when it was idling bad it was on stock tb. I swapped in a bbk 52 and tried to clean my iac valve before reinstalling it. My idle also was very low with my stock tb..it seems quite a bit higher with the bbk. Not complaining about that though just worried the 160 block learns are maxed out lean right? So I should be adding more fuel on the maft base dial. Is this why my readings thru the quartermile are still not making total sense with sometime reading perfect around .890 and then sometimes reading .853 even with no change made on the maft. I have checked fuel pressure recently and it looked fine at idle and wot. I have changed fuel filter out and my injectors were very low mileage used ones off the board.
Am I supposed to watch the block learns at idle or at steady non wot open speeds like 60mph? I lost my maft manual.
