Question Hypertech with scan cartridge?!

Anyone use this combination? I just got it today and wasn't some of the codes are that the HPP can scan. I was wondering what are important things to scan... and what values should I be concerned about?!

Look at O2 sensor readings at WOT (with someones help). Also note timing advance. Those two are pretty critical. 36-38 degrees timing, and mid-.8 milivolts are pretty good.
