HP tuner to tunercat

I was reading this on a other board is this possible with tuner cat.

Not with LT1s but looks like with LS1s yes. The LT1 has a DFCO just for fuel cut off while decel purpuses but LS1s seem to also have the option to make a limiter out of it like your sunfire has when you try reving it in netutral/clutch in.

If it can be done in HPT then it can be done in Tuner Cat as well.
