how will stock computer react with piggyback?

im going to be using the megasquirt ecm system on my turbo setup, and maybe the added ignition control feature, but since nobody has succesfully used the MS system with an opti, i was thinking of just having the MS control fuel, and the stock pcm control spark, but what will happen with ignition timing when i go above 1 bar? im thinking just use two MAP sensors, the stock 1 BAR for the stock pcm, which will obviosly get maxed out, and then the 3 BAR for the MS..

i guess what im asking is, will my timing values stay put where they are once the sensor maxes out at 100kpa? even though actual manifold pressure is increasing above 100kpa?
