How to retard ignition timing using LT1 edit

I need to be able to retard ignition timing when using the Nitrous. We are going to be Bench Dynoing the 383 stroker be4 we put it in the car using LT1 edit to adjust spark, air/fuel ratios and such. However does LT1 edit for OBD2 have an option to pull timing out under NOS spray? or can we use an MSD ignition to pull the timing out? Basically what are the options to retard the timing when using the Nitrous. We will need about 10 total degrees of retard timing.

Also, does LT1 edit allow the delttion of the EGR system and rear O2 sensors? We are ditching the CATS and EGR system and just want to make sure we can use LT1 edit for everything.
