How to replace Bank 1 #2

How to replace Bank 1 #2
Got the P0140 heater error code now. Just saw the location of the bank 1 sensor 2 from under the car. Looks like it would be difficult to replace, is there any issues with getting access to it and getting a wrench on it? Any tricks I should know?
