How to Raise Target Idle RPM????

Using Tunercat. I think I found the rough/low idle and stalling problem. I made a log and the target RPM was showing 200, and after it stalled out, it showed 0 both subsequent logs. Thus, I need an Idle rpm correction.

Can someone tell me how to do this? I've been digging around tunercat, and can't seem to find this.

Hmm...are your eyes open?
Looking at the tables in the $DA3 there is Target Idle RPM vs Coolant Temp in Drive and Target Idle RPM vs Coolant Temp in Park/Neutral.
