How do you know if freescan info is good

Is there any books or anything you can download off the internet that explains what everything means when you have a scanner hooked up. I mean I use freescan but a lot of the stuff I know what it is but don't know if the valve I'am reading is high or low. Like IAC,spark count, block cell, stuff like that. I know BLM's should be 128 but what's it mean if there 120. Also 02 millivolts, I thing they should be around 775-780 for FI , but what is to low. Any info would be great.
