In TunerCat there is a "MAP WOT Enable" constant. I imagine there is something similar in LT1_Edit.
It is a constant of how much MAP is required before PE mode can be entered based on throttle position.
It's set to 15kpa stock. So just set it a good bit over 100 and you'll never enter PE.
