How to change Max MAF fail point

How do you change this in tunercat or lt1 edit(I have an older version

uncertain in Tunercat, but LT1 Edit requires the newer 2.2 version.

In the newer versions of Tunercat, I believe it is in the constants table. Check there. If you don't have the newest version, I believe TC@tunercats.com would upgrade you for free if you have a registered older version.
