How to add Timing in LT1-Edit

In LT1-Edit, which table do I use to add timing throughout the rpm range? I'm starting to get most of the basics down, just have a few questions before I start tweaking ignition tables.
Thanks,

Load vs Advance, Closed throttle, and min spark advance can all be modified.

Check this out too.
