How to add fuel with Tuner Cat to richen mixture LT1

I have an LT1, 1993 and my wideband LM1 shows it being lean. How much change in percentage do I need to add/subtract in tunercat to richen her up .1, .2 etc for AFR, ballpark. Right now I am 1 point to lean, very close to 14.1 from 3000-5500 rpm.
Here is the area I go I believe,
"% change to fuel/air ratio vs rpm at wot"

You are tuned by VE not a MAF. My method I used to tune was for MAF cars.
