finding lt1 edit

Does anyone know how to contact the guys at carputing.com other than their email address. I've tried that about 6 times with no response from their helpful staff. What does it take to reach them? Any help?

My tuner says the only way to contact them is email. And if they do happen to call the number is blocked.
