A/F ratio ?

Hi I have a question about A/F ratio. My config is: Camaro Z28, 94, six-speed, Borla, 383 stroker, SLP headers, Powerdyne supercharger, etc., I've just bought Hypertech programmer and I would like to know, if it's possible to adjust A/F ratio witch it. If it doesn't, please reccomend me something what can do it. And other question - is the wide lambda suitable to to adjusting A/F ratio this way? (ie from http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/)

Thanx

Re: A/F ratio ?

Hypertech will not allow you to adjust the a/f. It has a pre-fixed program.

You'll one of 2 tuner programs like Tunercat or LT1 Edit to do custom tuning.

They can be found here - http://www.tunercat.com/

The Innovated wide band is a good choice for reading your a/f while tuning.

Also check out my site for some good tuning info - http://performanceworks1.com/pcm_tuning_sites.htm

Re: A/F ratio ?

No and yes. The Innovate is very handy, though a chassis dyno is a safer and easier format for monitoring and adjusting WOT AF ratio. As far as "tuning" the AF ratio, you need to get TunerCat or LT1_Edit to be able to reprogram the PCM (engine computer).

BTW: this isn't an "Advanced" question. You will get a better response in the correct forum (Computer, Diagnostics, and Programming).
