F-body 93 PCM vs 94-97 PCM

Does the 93 PCM still have the 7000 rpm fuel table limit that the 94-97 PCM have?

Thanks
Jeremy

The 93 ecm is port fuel (bank fired injection) .Otherwords fires 4 injectors at a time & only has 2 injector drivers. All aplication specs are on removable prom chip. The 94-97 pcm is a seqential fuel injection control unit. It fires injectors 1 at time as intake valve opens & has 8 injector drivers. All aplication specs are on a electronicaly erasable prom. The seqential pcm is much better & they are not interchangeable.

Unfortunately that doesn't answer his question. I dont happen to know, but I dont doubt that you have the same limit "we" do. Otherwise, those not wanting to spend DFI/FAST/MoTeC money for beyond 7k would probably be converting to SD 93 setups.

I think so, the VE table ends at 7k but oddly both the PE and spark tables go up to 7500rpm (according to Tunercat)

tunercat is strictly a tuner....datamaster is strictly a scanner.
