Is there a toggle in LT1 edit for 96 car that turns off the EGR? If not, how do I set the reading in the box for EGR off, enalbe if RPM....Thanks

Yes, there is.
Click EDIT in the menu, then select Engine, then click on the Hardware Verification tab. Where it says Enable Diagnostic Test, scroll down to codes PO400 and PO403. Make sure both T and E sides are set to NO. Repeat the same with the Does Error Set SES section.

AHH, I haven't plugged it to the car yet so I don't see all the functions. Makes sense.

The question is:

Would that remove the timing advance it adds and/or still try to activate the EGR?
