Dyno tune/Hyper tech

My car has been tuned on the dyno but soon I plan on swapping gears and different size tires. My question is can I use the Hypertech to program for those changes as long as I don't change the engine tune? Should be ok right

TTT.. I think I answered my own question but I need assurance. I don't want to screw up a 350$ dyno tune with the hypercrap
