DTC 33 immediately on new setup startup, can someone look at data logs for me?

Hey guys, got some ignition issues with the car sorted out and got her running today. It immediately threw a DTC 33 MAP hi code, and I'm not sure if there is a wiring problem or the cam has such little vacuum it's setting the code. I have a .uni file of the car not running with the ignition on, and I have a .uni file of the initial startup when the code was thrown.

If anyone could look at this and give me some insight post or PM me your email address and I'll reply to you with the data logs.

Modlist-

forged 355 LT1, ported stock LT1 castings, 236/248 .608/.578 111 LSA custom grind comp cam, Hooker long tubes(open for now), Madwolf tune with emmissions deleted (EGR, AIR), stock MAF, K&N CAI, Meziere pump, 38 lb/hr racetronix injectors, walbro 255 pump, stock FPR, stock TB.

What's the MAP reading? You get the code in OBD-I if MAP at less than 2% throttle open is over 68kPa. That would be possible with that cam, depending on how well he hit the tune.

On the table I drew you'll see an asterisk next to the highest map reading- this corresponding to the highest timing that I saw on the log which was 34*. The value below it has a (+) next to it, corresponding to the lowest timing recorded at 14*.

Let me know if you need more info. I'm new to this stuff, but want to learn.
