Do I need Tunercat if...

The college that I attend has a chassis dyno? I'm assuming rather than spending $200 for Tunercat, an AKM cable, and the software for a 93 F-Body (DA2?) I can get it tuned there at school for free and have it dyno tested at the same time.

Also, will I have to have the car towed to wherever I'm tuning it?

I want to run STOCK heads that are ported and polished and a XE 230/236 cam.

My head porter says he USUALLY gets 260/170 for the flow numbers, repectively.
