Question DFCO Problems

I have a 95 TA that I done a A4-M6 swap. I used LT1 edit to change my gear from 3.42 to 3.23. I used a M6 file to do this. Well since the change I have not been able to get my dfco to work. The car came with traction control and a performace shift button. Could this be a problem? I believe it must still think it has an A4. I have no codes. The car runs fine other than this problem. I have tried changing the numbers in the dfco screen. I have went through the trouble of hooking up the CAGS. I have changed all of the A4 parameters to 0. I have ran out of ideas. Please help! Thanks.
