I have a 93 z akm cable and free scan for software. I can get freescan to force the data out of the car, so I know it can make a connection and talk to the car but the two don't want to play togther without my interaction. I have Madz28's chip in the car and I also tested it with the stock chip in. Anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong.

I am also going to try carbytes, but I don't have the configuration files for a 93 f-car for the carbytes software. If anyone could help me find these files I woudl appreciate it.
