Ive got an LT1 4L60E swap in a car with a painless harness. My problem is that the trans is in like a "limp mode" and wont hardly work except for 2nd and reverse. I took it to the tranny shop that built the trans, and they could not get a scanner to link up. The painless harness has a serial port for an OBD2, however, my computer is out of a 94 F-body...

Has anyone dealt with anything along these lines and have any advice as to how to get this thing working right? Im pretty lost at the moment.
