Signal slow bank 2 sensor 1, cleared it and it came back. Does this mean the o2 needs to be replaced? Wich o2 is it?

Passenger side, front sensor (in front of the cat). Yes, this most likely means the sensor has gone bad.

get a a/c delco only o2. i believe it is a afs75 part number
