Code 11 any help confused

Code 11 any help confused

It reads "Malfunction indicator lamp circuit voltage was wrong for 26 seconds" any idea what this is.Thanks

Might want to mention the year and engine in your car, how you pulled the code, and what reference you used to look it up. None of my 3rd Gen or 4th Gen manuals list DTC 11.

95 ta obd1 used the free scan software from internet.I found code 11 searching google.Most of them don't list 11 either thats why I'm confused.
