I am getting Code 11 MALF Indicator Lamp (Mil) Fault.

None of the needles on my instrument cluster move except for the fuel gage. Also, I know the SES light should be on due to EGR code(egr delete but still in PCM) however it is not lit. Scared me because this happened immediatly following an oil change and first all I noticed was the oil pressure at 0. Then I noticed everything else was at 0 except for the fuel.

I searched for a while but I am finding nothing on diagnosing this or if it is just time to replace something.

What is the best course of action for this?

 

The code sets because the PCM is turning the SES light on, but it isn't lighting up. Bulb is loose, missing, burned out or the wiring is faulty. Given the fact most of your instruments are not working, it would appear to be a problem with power to the cluster of the ground for the cluster.

 

Fuse blown on the left side of the instrument cluster. New 10 amp fuse and everthing is working now.
