Cheapest aftermarket ECU?

Just like the topic asks? It is for a TPI motor.

Thanks

Motec and ACcel both are in the $3000 range

can you use LT1_edit or LS1_edit? considerably cheaper then getting an aftermarket ECM

He said TPI, so no LT1 or LS1_edit will work for him.

Do you mean aftermarket performance ECU or a cheap aftermarket replacement for the stock ECU?

You might want to look at the Haltech for low $$$. I think it was originally intended for 4-cyl applications, but can handle 8-cyl applications if you give up individual fuel trim adjustment on individual cylinders. The Electromotive TEC-series is also not as expensive as the Accel-DFI or FAST. The MoTeC only scratches the surface at $3,000.... you need additional options that will easilly run it up to $5,000.

I'm just looking for a cheap aftermarket replacement for the stock unit.
