can a 96 pcm be reprogramed for my 95

just like like it says i have a 96 pcm i know it's an odb II but i didn't know if it could be re-worked for my 95?

You can run an OBD-II computer in your 1995 with some modifications, but you cannot make an OBD-II computer into an OBD-I. They are two different animals.
