Burning spark plug wires...... help!

Have a problem and I am looking for somebody that was able to resove it.

1996 Camaro SS, LT1 shortyHooker headers continuosly burns the sparkplug wire cap. I am trying shorty spark plugs to see if will help. I 'll appreciate any input thatcould help solve the problem.

thanks, Ivan

Not sure why you chose to dig up a years old thread to post something seemingly unrelated to it.
I would suggest you start a new thread about your problem in the appropriate forum. If you are burning spark plug boots, you need fire sleeves.

I'd break this out and start a new thread for him... but I can't figure out quite how to do it. Does appear to be misplaced.

Got it.... now it needs to get moved to the LT1 Based Engine Tech forum, but I'll leave it here until he sees it.
