1993 OpenLoop Tune,-WOT help!

Need the help of experienced tuners...,

As far as I know, given all others are left alone, there are 3 main WOT fueling controls:

1. VE TABLE
2. PE TABLE % Change to AFR vs RPM
3. Open Loop % Change to AFR vs MAP

The VE table is the main table, and it is considered in all conditions, it is the base reference table for fueling calculations. But my questions comes from when 2 (PE Table) and 3 (Open Loop % Change) table are used.

What worries me...., does anyone know that if I run strictly a Open-Loop tune, that this makes the Open Loop %change to AFR vs RPM table always active and is used to calculate AFR on top of what I have programmed for PE table?

Does anyone know for sure?
Thanks

Most of the time pe table is not used in open loop. Some people will say it is, i wont debate it, if you've seen it that way then cool.

I have never seen pe used in open loop mode myself and the values for open loop in the stock tunes i have seen seem to support pe not being used.

Just use your ve tables and target a/f to adjust it in open loop as best you can.
