My blm's are always higher on the right then the left except when they are the the same which is very rare. The cell is 15 only when i go wide open throttle which is normal i guess. What would cause one to be higher? The difference is normally 2-5.

2-5 is not too bad. You're talking a difference of 1-2%. I've seen stock cars show a variance like this from one side to the other.

Any number of things can cause this - variances in how the engine runs on one side versus another, differing fuel injector flow rates, differences in O2 sensor operation (e.g. one is lazy), etc.

If you are freaky worried about it swap O2's and datalog again. This will tell you if one O2 is working differently than the other.

That isnt bad at all. How much time is logging at specific RPMs is needed to verify your BLMS long term is lean or rich/or unbalanced fro side to side?
