Thanks for responding, but no, it is not really an error, but a file missing prompt. That tells me something (operating software ?) needs upgrading/added maybe. i don't know, you tell me.

Yeah, it's a DLL error, because it cannot find the DLL. What is the name of the DLL that it says is missing?

you oculd always email tunercats an tell them to send you $EEL file which basically has the BLM locker built in.
