BLM locker program?

Can anyone that has that BLM locker program email it to me? I did a search and the website it was linked from seems to be offline. If someone could send it to me I would appreciate it.

Thanks.

Re: BLM locker program?

Dumb question time. What do I have to do to get the required DLL file to open that up with?

Re: BLM locker program?

Dunno. It didn't ask me for any DLL file.

What exactly does this do different? Am I gonna gain anything on a tuned car? I did a compare after I got it to fix a file and I didn't see any difference in any PE tables, etc.

Re: BLM locker program?

It locks the BLMs at 128 for WOT, rather than the stock behaviour which is to either set them to 128 if they were below that or use whatever value they were at right before WOT if it was > 128.

If the PCM is adding any fuel at all in the cell before 15 (WOT) this can sometimes cause you to run rich at WOT. It basically just makes it easier to dial in your A/F at WOT because you don't have to worry about another variable (whatever the previous cell is doing).

It doesn't change any table values.

You can also use it to keep your car from running really rich at idle if you have a big cam car. You just have the car be in PE mode up to about 1200 rpms and then you can fight the camshaft reversion some.

Re: BLM locker program?

cool, must give it a try and see how it likes it ... it's crazy, just when I'm getting pretty used to the OBD-I stuff, I'm thinking of swapping in a LS1 motor.

Open your .bin or .lt1 file with it and change the setting.

I did exactly that and passed smog, Without locking the BLM's at idle I couldn't get the car to pass.

That must be where the missing file is located.
