B4C Package

I was asking a friend what was different about the B4C package the other day. He told me the only real differences were the suspension and a PCM upgrade.
Is it possible to impliment that upgrade via tunercat?

Yeah, you could match it with programming, but personally, I have not seen evidence that there is any difference in the B4C.

I have a b4c.. There is no difference in anything.
