Anyone mess with the cranking advance?

I was wondering if anyone messed with the cranking advance in LT1edit? What would neccessitate you to adjust this? Compression ratio? big cam? etc

Engine mods that shift the power band could "require" a little change here or there, if your car starts fine I'd leave it alone. I didn't mess with mine and the car started right up every time.

A different app, but my 7730 TPI seemed to like less advance, I got quicker starts using 4.22 deg of advance @ 3.2F tapering to 2.46 deg @ 176F.
