Anybody know how to lock the TC in the computer?

I was out helping a friend with his program today and notice that in 3rd gear the tcc was locking the converter and bogging the car down.
I'd like to try and keep it unlocked and see if the car pulls better in 3rd...but after looking through the lockup tables in Tunercat I can't figure out what table should lock the converter @ 100% TPS for WOT stuff. I tried the "performance mode" table and that didn't work, and after thinking about it that must be for cars that have the performance mode button.
Does anyone know how to lock the conveter @WOT?

Go to the "Torque convertor engagement TPS vs MPH" table. There you will see that it is TPS vs gear vs MPH. As you will see that in 2nd gear the table has 204 MPH entered in the whole column to keep the TCC from locking in 2nd gear. You can change the 3rd gear lockup at the various TPS positions. However as you will see from 50 to 100% TPS it should be 204 MPH. That means that any throttle position greater than 50% will prevent TCC Lockup.

Well, TunerCat has 5 tables that lock the torque converter. Normal, manual, hot, cruise, and performance modes.
In his car, the converter is locking in 3rd at about 105mph. No table that I listed has a 105mph lockup value. Actually, none of them should lock the converter at 100% TPS anyways.
That's why I'm confused....his car is locking when it shouldn't be...I guess.
